Jenny and Stuart Anderson provide a warm welcome at Rhian Guest House.

Their beautiful cottage, hidden away in the wild Sutherland landscape, is a haven for travellers, providing first class accommodation and fine food in a wonderful atmosphere. It was formerly a gamekeepers cottage and is set in 20 acres of private grounds where peace, quiet and comfort are assured.

Cosy rooms are tastefully decorated, with hospitality tray, hairdryer, alarm clock radio and either an en-suite shower or private bathroom. The guest lounges offer panoramic views of Ben Loyal, one has a television and peat/log fire (in the winter months) whilst the conservatory lounge is centrally heated with no television so that you may enjoy the peace and quiet.

This is a totally non-smoking accommodation and guests are requested to refrain from smoking anywhere in the house, garden and annexe.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement - we have a wonderful selection of our own that you are sure to meet when you stay with us but, please keep dogs on a lead if they are likely to chase any of our pets!

Wireless Internet Access

We are constantly trying to find ways to make your stay with us more comfortable and enjoyable and to this end we have now installed a wireless Internet network within the house, so that guests can access the Internet at Broadband speeds from their laptops.

For guests whose laptops do not have wireless access we have a wireless USB adaptor we can lend to guests, and even if you don't have a laptop, we have a PC at Rhian exclusively for use by guests.
